OOTD: WE'RE ALL MAD HERE.

Hi everyone :) I went shopping today (I will be doing a haul post soon - brownie promise!) and bought two pairs of printed trousers from H&M and I just couldn't resist trying them on doing an OOTD as soon as I got home. Now I am not normally a trousers kind of gal, I usually opt for skirts or dresses with tights but I have wanted to dip my toes into the printed trouser trend for a while now and since they were half price in H&M's spring sale I couldn't really just leave them on the rail!

CARDIGAN - TOPSHOP / TOP- PRIMARK / CLUTCH - PRIMARK / TROUSERS - H&M / FLATS - PRIMARK

They are floral printed (pansies to be exact) and made of quite a light material; which is perfect for the spring/summer when it isn't quite warm enough to risk bare legs. Floral is a favourite print of mine and it is one that is always a style staple. I styled the trousers with a black top and my oversized fluffy Topshop cardi (to maintain my inner grunge goddess), cream flats and a monochrome clutch bag. I think this look is perfect for everyday and I can't wait to toughen these trousers up with with my biker jacket and some chunky heels.

I absolutely adore the back of this top, it is very sheer chiffon with cut out detail. It's quite 'sports-luxe' and I think it looks great with the acid pop of colour from the vest underneath.

NEON VEST - PRIMARK

I love this 'highlighter yellow' vest, I've always liked the neon trend but have never quite dared to try it out before but I think this vest is just enough without it being too 'woah my God, my eyes are burning'.

CHAIN NECKLACE - DIY

'SINGLE' BRACELET - eBay / TURQUOISE&SILVER BRACELET - BIRTHDAY GIFT / PLAITED BROWN BAND - WHITE STUFF / GOLD STRETCH BAND - DOROTHY PERKINS. / WATCH - MICHAEL KORS / RINGS (left to right) - VINTAGE, eBay, TOPSHOP, PRIMARK, VINTAGE. / NAILS - BARRY M 'LYCHEE'

This is a new look for me as I usually go for the whole grungy/vintage/indie vibe with my clothes but I really love the statement print and the sophisticated style. I will definitely be investing in some more statement wardrobe staples that I can dress up or down.

I am seriously thinking about getting the title of this OOTD 'we're all mad here' tattooed just under my elbow. It is a line from Alice In Wonderland and it is one of my all time favourite quotes. I have never got a tattoo before but I know I want one (well more than one). What are your thoughts on tattoos? Have you already got some or do you want one?
