MUA Undress Me Too (Review and Swatches)

I've been buying a fair bit of MUA products over the past few months; it all started when I couldn't resit the shades in the original 'Undressed' eyeshadow palette. Prior to me discovering this holy grail MUA product I used to just skip right past the MUA stand in Superdrug, I thought the brand would be a little bit cheap and tacky; I mean super low priced products - they must be bad right? WRONG! The eyeshadow palettes are amazing, you get twelve pigmented shades with a similar pan size to Sleek palettes for just £3-£6.

So since the original Undressed palette has become a staple in my everyday make-up routine I just had to try out the Undress Me Too palette when I saw it in my Superdrug.

MUA 'Undress Me Too'

I bloody love this palette! Apparently it is meant to be a dupe for the Urban Decay Naked Too palette but I'm afraid I can't pass comment on that because I don't have the disposable income to spurge on such luxury items. Dupe or not this palette is great; you get two matte shades and the remaining ten all have shimmer to them.

My favourite shades are 'Shy'(which I wear in the corners of my eyes to brighten them), 'Exposed' (a shimmery gun metal silver that I wear under my waterline) and 'Reveal' (a soft grey/gold colour that is just really beautiful). I am not too keen on the matte shades ('Naked' and 'Lavish') simply because they appear slightly too sheer on my skin. Apart from these two matte shades the rest of the eye shadows are pigmented and long-lasting; I would say they probably last around six-eight hours without fading so I guess they would last longer with an eye primer.

I prefer the packaging of this palette to other MUA palettes just because it's white and looks slightly classier than the shiny black plastic MUA have used in the past. I think my favourite thing about this product might just be that all the eyeshadows actually have names (MUA never seem to name their products normally). I bought this palette for just £3; that works out at 25p for each shade! You can find MUA products in Superdrug (both instore and online) and on the MUA website here and they now ship internationally.

Have you tried the Undress Me Too palette? What do you think of it? Do you like MUA as a brand?
